Norman Lindsay (1879 - 1969)
|
Born in Victoria in 1879. Norman Lindsay is considered to be one of the most talented artists in Australian history. He mastered many artforms such as; drawing, etching, ink illustration, watercolour painting and oil painting. He also took his hand to sculpture and model ship building.
Norman Lindsay is best known for his sumptuous nudes and as the creator of 'The Magic Pudding' an iconic Australian childrens book.
