Salvatore Zofrea (1946 - )

Born in 1946 in Italy. Salvatore Zofrea migrated to Australia in 1956.
His paintings are confidant and colourful, bold and expressive. He is known in particular for his paintings inspired by literary, historic or religious narratives. Zofrea won the Sulman Art Prize in 1977, 1979 and 1982.
