Born in 1920 in Vienna. Judy Cassab migrated to Australia in 1951. She is a highly regarded Australian artist known in particular for her portraiture works.
During her artistic career she has won numerous awards, most notably she is the three times winner of the prestigious Archibald Portrait Prize, and has also won the Rubinstein Portrait Prize.
