This new display features historical artworks from the State Art Collection which were previously housed in the Centenary Galleries. The display features images by Western Australian artists, together with images of Western Australia, dating from the early days of European exploration and settlement up to the 1960s. It incorporates a variety of media and format - paintings, watercolours, prints as well as craft and design objects by many well known artists.
