Drawn from Heide’s Collection of over 2,000 works of art, dating from the 1930s to now, the exhibition connects ideas and practices in surprising ways, inciting unexpected dialogues between works that share viewpoints and inspirations rather than periods or styles.
An exhibition of Iconic modernist artworks by artists including Sidney Nolan, Albert Tucker, Joy Hester, John Perceval and Sam Atyeo, which are shown alongside contemporary artists such as Imants Tillers, Ian Burn, Gunter Christmann, Patricia Piccinini, Gordon Bennett and others.
