The fifth Leica CCP Documentary Photography Award The fifth Leica/CCP Documentary Photography Award showcases seventeen photographers working within the genre of documentary photography. The photographs are contemporary encounters of real and everyday situations that investigate an array of issues, ranging from hard hitting political and war photography to the intense action and violence of a Queensland rodeo, to dreamy and nostalgic summertime images by the beach. Organised by the Centre for Contemporary Photography in Melbourne, and touring through Australia, the exhibition showcases the very best in today's documentary photography.
